  • What types of fitness programs do you provide (e.g., weight loss, muscle building, rehab, etc.)?
    We provide the programs that suit you! We have experience coaching different people with different goals. Whether it's losing fat, building muscle, becoming pain-free or a combination of those, we will provide you with the best program to reach your goal.
  • Are your programs suitable for beginners?
    Yes! It doesn't matter if you're just starting out or you have been training for years. The program will be designed to your goal, experience, equipment and schedule.
  • Do you offer customized plans or generic programs?
    Everybody gets a personalised program tailored to their goal. We believe there isn't a one-size-fits-all program, because we're all different.
  • How long are your programs?
    We work in blocks of six weeks. Every six weeks we ask for your feedback, check how progress has been going, whether your goals have changed and we create a new program with all that information. How long the entire coaching program will be is up to you. Some clients achieve their goal after 12 weeks. Others are setting new goals and continuing with the coaching program for over a year!
  • Do you offer nutrition guidance as part of your programs?
    Yes! Depending on your goal, we do a nutrition analysis to see what you're currently eating and drinking. We will provide you with nutrition guidance, tips & tricks and create meal plans if needed.
  • Do you provide workout plans for home or gym?
    The program will be tailored to you. Whether you workout with a few dumbbells at home or in a top-notch gym, we will provide you with the best program.
  • Are your programs safe for people with injuries or medical conditions?
    The Physio Trainer is a cerftified personal trainer and qualified physiotherapist, so we having and injury is not a problem. If you have to get premission from a doctor to be physically active, you have to get that first before enrolling in the coaching program.
  • Can I join if I’ve never worked out before?
    Yes! We have experience with coaching individuals that have been working out for years, but also with individuals just starting out.
  • Do you work with people who have chronic pain or mobility issues?
    Yes! The program can be designed to adress these issues.
  • What if I have a busy schedule or travel frequently?
    The program will be designed to your lifestyle, work and travel schedule.
  • Can I modify exercises if something doesn’t work for me?
    Don't hesitate to contact The Physio Trainer if you feel like something doesn't for you. Together, we will find the right fit for you.
  • Do you provide meal plans?
    We provide nutrition guidance, tips & tricks and meal plans if needed.
  • Are your meal plans customizable for dietary restrictions (e.g., vegan, gluten-free)?
    We take into account any dietary restrictions to provide you with a plan that suits you.
  • Do I need to count calories or macros?
    We will ask you to count your calories in the first week of the program. This will give us an understanding of your current situation and what has to be changed to reach your goal.
  • Can I still enjoy my favorite foods while following your program?
    Yes! We think it's important to still eat foods that you enjoy. We might have to cut back on them as pizza and donuts are not the best choices when you want to lose weight...
  • Do you offer guidance on supplements?
    We do provide information about supplements if you would like to educate yourself on it. However, it's not necessary to take supplements when you enroll in the coaching program.
  • What kind of results can I expect from your programs?
    This depends on your goal. Some individuals will see results in a matter of weeks and other have to work a bit longer.
  • What if I don’t see the results I want?
    We will analyse what the reason for that is, change the plan if necessary and provide the best coaching to ensure you see results.

    You can choose to pay weekly (€25/week), monthly (€95/month) or quarterly (€270/quarter).

    We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay) bank transfers, or iDeal payments. We aim to make payments easy and flexible.

    Since there is no commitment period you can cancel whenever you like.

    You can expect to get feedback at least weekly, but there is availability to have it on a daily basis.
  • Can I schedule calls or video chats with my coach?
    You and your coach will schedule calls every week or more if you wish to. For questions or advice, it's also possible to contact your coach through text, Whatsapp, Instagram Direct Message or email.
  • Is my personal information safe with you?
    Yes, we don't share any personal information with anyone without your consent.
